About the Role
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in professional audio installation
- Strong knowledge of Dante technology and audio networking
- Understanding of automation systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, etc. is an advantage)
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (IP addressing, managed switches)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and system schematics
- Experience in commercial, hospitality, corporate, or event installations preferred
- Ability to work on-site and travel if required
### Preferred Qualifications:
- AV certifications (CTS, Dante Level certification, etc.)
- Safety training certifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and setup of professional audio systems including:
- Pendant speakers
- Ceiling speakers
- Point source speakers
- Subwoofers and amplifiers
- Wiring, mounting, and commissioning of AV equipment
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Dante audio networking systems
- Integration of audio systems with automation platforms
- Setup and configuration of networking systems (switches, IP configuration, VLANs basic knowledge)
- System testing, tuning, and optimization
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams for smooth execution
- Provide technical support during and after installation
