About the Role
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in Audio Visual, Event Production, or Technical Solutions industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to understand technical AV requirements
- Existing client network in corporate/events industry is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Valid driver’s license

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Audio Visual (AV) sector
- Generate leads and convert them into sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, production houses, and commercial clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for AV projects
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates
